A simple question about ceiling fans?

When you buy ceiling fans, why do they include bulbs?

My ceiling fans have stopped spinning. How can I fix this?

And when he changes his fan it changes his fan as well as my fan. This is driving me ABSOLUTELY INSANE because I’ll just be sitting there and the light will just shut off, or all of a sudden my fan will go on very high. Is there anything I can do about this?
